Certain areas of your building should already be smoke-free under the Nebraska Clean Indoor Air Act. Common areas or any general use areas of rental properties must already be smoke-free including entry or exit areas, lobbies, restrooms, laundry rooms, elevators, gyms, indoor swimming pools, or any other common traffic area.
